This document establishes the rules for the use of the site www.wellness-specialist.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), managed by the company S.C. WELLNESS SPECIALIST S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

2. Purpose of the Site (Presentation Site)
The content of this Site is for informational purposes only and to present the portfolio of products, modular structures, custom saunas and spa solutions offered by the Company.
The Site is NOT an online store (e-commerce). The products, projects and services displayed on the Site cannot be purchased directly through it and do not represent a firm offer to contract.
The information, images, technical specifications and 3D renderings are intended to illustrate the Company’s production and design capabilities.
3. Request for Offers and Conclusion of Contracts
Sending a contact form, an e-mail or requesting a quote through the Site does not constitute a firm order and does not create an automatic contractual obligation for either party.
All collaborations, custom projects, deliveries and assembly work are carried out exclusively on the basis of individual commercial contracts and technical annexes/3D projects approved in writing and signed separately by the Buyer and the Company.
Final prices, execution terms, delivery conditions and payment methods are established exclusively through the official offer sent directly to the Customer by the Company’s representatives.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The entire content of the Site — including the Wellness Specialist logo, trade names, 3D renderings, texts, graphics, project images, design concepts and site structure — represents the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, take over, reproduce, modify or distribute the content, 3D designs or graphic materials for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.
5. Disclaimer
Although the Company makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, minor inconsistencies or typographical errors may occur. The definitive technical specifications of each thermotreated wood or modular sauna project are established exclusively in the technical sheet attached to the contract.
The Company does not guarantee that the Site will function without interruptions or technical errors and does not assume liability for any damages caused by the temporary non-functioning of the Site or the presence of viruses/malicious programs generated by third parties.
The Site may contain links to other third-party platforms (e.g. social networks). The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
